Hercules series

The Hercules serie is an upgraded serie with the same capacities as our Jumbo decanters.

However, all Hercules decanters are standard equipped with a lot of features like the Rotovariator patented automatic differential speed control, automatic grease system and a vibration detection system.

Our Hercules series centrifugal extractors are equipped with:

Patented sludge scraper for continuous discharge of dewatered sludge from the solids discharge chamber
Special wear-proof protection on peripheral screw area
Electronic safety device for overload protection, with optional visual or acoustic alarm signals
Hard-metal protection bushes on solids discharge holes
Electronic revolution counter, as standard equipment

New ARD SYSTEM generating a dewatered product with a much higher solid content
New suspension system that eliminates all vibration during operations
New-generation casing with illuminated inspection panel, to protect moving internal parts
Gradual start-up for greater energy savings
Centralised lubrication with required grease and oils
